Customers can come to the agency and be seen for multiple services in one visit. Although each program may have different eligibility requirements, our customer service representatives are trained to assess each customer’s needs and eligibility. We encourage our customers to take full advantage of every program for which they are eligible as they make their way towards self-sufficiency.

HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency

In addition to offering direct services to our income-eligible customers, our HUD-approved Housing Counselors can provide housing counseling to anyone in need of these services, like Homebuyer Education, Foreclosure Prevention and Money Management.

Individual & Family Assistance

Our programs are designed to move individuals and families towards self-sufficiency, by providing services like financial literacy, rental assistance, employment support, and scholarships.

Homeless Services

Our homeless services assists individuals and families who are homeless on the streets, residing in an emergency shelter, or in a housing program to complete the coordinated assessment, overcome barriers and exit homelessness.

Continuum of Care

The Will County Continuum of Care serves Will, Kendall and Grundy Counties and is dedicated to ending homelessness and creating a comprehensive system to prevent and end homelessness.
