Utility Assistance
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is designed to assist eligible households pay for winter energy services, including gas, electric and furnace repair assistance.
Rental Assistance
The Emergency Rental Assistance Program provides assistance to individuals or families who are delinquent on monthly rental payments.
Housing Counseling
Will County Center for Community Concerns provides resources to homeowners through HUD-approved Housing Counseling programs to home weatherization and rehabilitation programs.
Weatherization
The Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP) is designed to help income-eligible Will County residents save fuel and energy while increasing the comfort of their homes.

APPLICATION START DATES
10/2/23
Seniors, Disabled, Families with children under the age of six years.
Adultos Mayores, Discapacitados, Familias con niños menores de seis años.

Households that are disconnected from their utilities, have a disconnection notice or have less than 25% in their propane tank.

Will County Center for Community Concerns Receives Contribution from Midland States Bank Foundation
Will County Center for Community Concerns is pleased to announce a $5,000.00 contribution by Midland States Bank. The grant, provided by the Midland States Bank Foundation, will support Will County Center for Community Concerns Programs. This grant will allow WCCCC to serve customers through our Healthy Families, Healthy Homes Family Fun Day and Holiday Food Basket Program. Each year WCCCC hosts these events and give groceries away to families in need.
